1. Empowerment of researchers—Learning by Doing.
a. Collecting national laws and regulations and cases on or relating to competitions.
b. Analyzing the law No 5 of 1999 on prohibition of monopoly practices and unfair competition
c. Collecting laws/rules and cases on competition policy (WTO and EU) and Antitrust, US Anti Trust Law, US cases on monopoly, refusal to licenses, EU competition law (cartels, monopolies, merger, and state aid), EU cases on competition, DSB cases on Antitrust.

a. Capacity building: access to information on the WTO legality : how & whether to prosecute a case before DSB

f. Networking with external partners (for funding & experts eg: Bar Associations, WIPO, YKCI, Maastricht Univ. etc.)
