Tomi Suryo Utomo, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D.

Attain his Bachelor of Law from Law Faculty of Universitas Gadjah Mada, Master Degree from Faculty of Law University of Melboure, Australia and his Doctor of Philosophy from School of Law of University of Washington, United State of America. Mr. Utomo is now a lecturer in Faculty of Law, Janabadra University, Yogyakarta, and also an associate and trainer for Asian Law Group Ptd Ltd, Melbourne, Australia. His specializations are Business Law and Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Tomi has conducted researches on subjects such as “Indonesia Drug Policy and Patent Regulation After the TRIPS Agreement: Better Access to Essential Medicine” (School of Law, University of Washington, USA, 2006), "The Legal Protection of Intellectual Property In Indonesia And Thailand” (Law Faculty, University of Melbourne, Australia, 1998).
